Personal Information that we collect and maintain
All personal information we collect about a donor and prospective donor that may, or in combination, comprise of the following personal information; name, home contact information, programs or projects, individual who wishes to support, and future communication preferences. We also maintain personal information about a donor or prospective donor and the amounts and the manner in which they has contributed or promised to contribute to Rural Liberian Healthcare and Development Initiative.

meets any legal or regulatory requirements that relate to activities of Rural Liberian Healthcare and Development Initiative
Personal information collected for these purposes, will be collected form the individual to whom it relates or from the source of information that is available to us publicly.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not disclose any personal information other than donor name for our annual report. Any person requesting anonymity will be listed as anonymous. We will not disclose any personal information about to anyone outside of Rural Liberian Healthcare and Development Initiative or any of our affiliated entities without the knowledge and consent of that donor or prospective donor except as follows:
to an auditor in connection with an audit of Rural Liberian Healthcare and Development Initiative
to a lawyer who is representing Rural Liberian Healthcare and Development Initiative in a matter to which the personal information is require
to comply with a subpoena, warrant or requirement under an order or rule of court;
to a government institution that has made a request for the information, identifying its authority to do so, in connection with the administration of any law of the United States or Massachusetts; or
In any other circumstance where disclosure is specifically permitted under any applicable personal information protection legislation.
